The Alger Concentrated Equity ETF primarily invests its capital in the stock of large-capitalization companies. These firms are selected by the portfolio manager for their perceived substantial growth prospects. A minimum of one-quarter of the fund's total assets will be allocated to enterprises within a specific group of interrelated sectors, as defined by independent classification systems. These industries encompass: software; technology hardware, storage, and peripherals; semiconductors and semiconductor equipment; information technology services; electronic equipment, instruments, and components; communications equipment; broadline retail; and interactive media and services.
