Loans for acquisition, development, and construction projects are also part of its offerings. Beyond traditional banking, Sterling Bancorp collaborates with third-party providers to facilitate the sale of mutual funds and annuities, while also directly furnishing annuity and wealth management solutions. As of December 31, 2020, the company managed 76 full-service branches, serving both retail and commercial clients primarily within the New York Metropolitan and New York Suburban regions.
