Thrivent Core Plus Bond ETF (TCPB)
Company overview
This ETF aims to offer extensive access to the global fixed-income market. To achieve this, it allocates capital across a wide range of U.S. and international debt instruments, irrespective of their maturity. These holdings may include corporate and government bonds, asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities, preferred shares, and other income-generating debt products. While primarily composed of investment-grade assets, the portfolio may dedicate up to 30% to higher-yielding, lower-rated debt. The fund can also hold foreign securities, including an unlimited allocation to USD-denominated foreign debt. The selection of its underlying assets is driven by fundamental analysis and other investment research methodologies, employed to determine a security's intrinsic worth. Given its active management approach, all investment choices are made at the sole discretion of the adviser. To effectively manage its portfolio's duration and mitigate interest rate fluctuations, TCPB has the option to employ derivative instruments, such as U.S. Treasury futures contracts. A key objective of this fund is to generate substantial current income.
