Geographically, the bank operates a total of twelve branches: eleven are strategically located across the major Texas metropolitan areas of Greater Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Austin-San Antonio, with an additional branch situated in Detroit, Texas. The company was founded in 2008 and has its principal office in Humble, Texas.
