Invesco S&P 500 QVM UCITS ETF (PQVM.MI)

ETF overview

The Invesco S&P 500 QVM UCITS ETF Dist seeks to mirror the total return, after fees, of the S&P 500 Quality, Value & Momentum Multi-factor Index, its benchmark. Dividends are distributed to investors every three months. This benchmark index is designed to reflect the performance of those S&P 500 constituents that demonstrate strong characteristics across three distinct investment factors: quality, value, and momentum. To construct this index, every company within the broader S&P 500 is individually assessed and assigned scores for each of these three factors. These individual factor scores are then aggregated with equal weighting to form a composite factor score for each company. The top 100 companies, based on these composite scores, are chosen for inclusion, with a buffer mechanism in place to manage portfolio changes. Each index component is allocated a weight ranging from 0.05% up to the lower of 5% or twenty times its market capitalization weight. Furthermore, to prevent excessive concentration, no single sector's weighting can exceed 40%. The fund aims to fulfill its objective by acquiring and holding, as closely as feasible, all the securities of the benchmark index in their specified proportions. The portfolio undergoes adjustments in alignment with changes to the benchmark, which itself is reviewed and updated quarterly. This ETF employs a passive management strategy. Investing in this fund means purchasing units in a passively managed, index-following product, rather than directly owning the underlying securities held by the fund.
