Company overview
Pact Group Holdings Ltd is a global enterprise that manufactures and supplies rigid plastic and metal packaging across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and other international markets. The company operates through distinct business segments: Packaging and Sustainability, Materials Handling and Pooling, and Contract Manufacturing Services. Its packaging offerings cater to a wide array of industries, including dairy, beverages, processed foods, health and personal care, fresh produce, household and industrial sectors, and closure solutions. Pact Group also provides a variety of reusable products, such as garment hangers, fresh produce crates, intermediate bulk containers (IBCs), and steel drums, which find applications in supply chain management, environmental initiatives, infrastructure, and retail accessories. A core component of their operations is recycling. They convert post-consumer and post-industrial polyethylene terephthalate (PET) materials, including water and soft drink bottles, along with bakery and protein trays, into recycled food-grade resins. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) from sources like milk, laundry, and shampoo bottles is transformed into recycled resin used in manufacturing new milk and dairy containers, personal and homecare bottles, lubricant containers, pipes, and mobile garbage bins. Furthermore, post-consumer and post-industrial polypropylene (PP) from items such as ice cream tubs, yogurt containers, and various crates is recycled into resin for products like plant pots, paint pails, and different types of crates and bins. The company also processes plastic films, including pallet wrap, shrink wrap, and shopping bags, into builders' film, silage wrap, dampcourse, garage bags, and other sheet products. Additionally, Pact Group provides comprehensive contract manufacturing services. These encompass the production of homecare, personal care, cosmetic, automotive, and promotional packaging items, as well as aerosol and liquid-based consumer products, alongside pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturing. They also offer packaging services for coated and uncoated tablets, capsules, and powdered products. Pact Group Holdings Ltd was founded in 2002 and is based in Cremorne, Australia.
