Although the fund does not follow a specific maturity range, it has an expected dollar-weighted average duration of less than three years, of which is at the discretion of the manager. In seeking high current income, the fund may also hold bank loans, covenant-lite loans, syndicated loans, CLOs, and derivatives such as futures contracts, option contracts and swap contracts.
