CPN Retail Growth Leasehold REIT, known as CPNREIT, holds the distinction of being Thailand's leading real estate investment trust specializing in retail properties, with its units publicly listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). CPNREIT was formed through the significant conversion of the CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPNRF) on December 1, 2017, an entity that had itself been trading on the SET since 2005. Upon its inception, CPNREIT absorbed all the prime assets previously held by CPNRF, and additionally acquired a new mixed-use development featuring the CentralFestival Pattaya Beach shopping center alongside the Hilton Pattaya hotel. Currently, CPNREIT oversees a varied portfolio consisting of five shopping malls and one hotel, strategically located in key destinations throughout Thailand.
