WisdomTree Cotton (COTN.MI)

ETF overview

WisdomTree Cotton is a fully collateralized Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) that qualifies under UCITS regulations. It is structured to deliver a complete return exposure to futures contracts on cotton for investors. The ETC endeavors to replicate the performance of the Bloomberg Commodity Cotton Subindex 4W Total Return Index (BCOMCT4T). This is achieved by tracking the Bloomberg Cotton Sub Excess Return Index and factoring in interest income, adjusted for any applicable product fees and operational costs. Consequently, should the Bloomberg Commodity Cotton Subindex 4W Total Return Index advance by 1% over a day, the ETC is expected to rise by 1%, excluding charges. Conversely, a 1% drop in the index would typically result in a 1% decrease in the ETC, prior to fees.
