AVEO's pipeline includes Ficlatuzumab, a potent humanized immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) monoclonal antibody designed to target hepatocyte growth factor. This candidate is currently in Phase II clinical trials for squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck, pancreatic cancer, and acute myeloid leukemia. Also in development is AV-203, a potent humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody that has completed Phase I clinical trials for its efficacy against human ErbB3. Additionally, AV-380, a powerful humanized IgG1 inhibitory monoclonal antibody, is undergoing Phase I clinical trials for the management or prevention of cachexia. At the preclinical stage, AV-353 is being explored for its activity against the Notch 3 pathway. AVEO Pharmaceuticals, Inc. maintains an extensive network of collaborations, partnering with entities such as CANbridge Life Sciences Ltd., EUSA Pharma (UK) Limited, Novartis International Pharmaceutical Ltd., Biodesix, Inc., St. Vincent's Hospital Sydney Limited, Biogen Idec International GmbH, Kyowa Kirin Co., Ltd., and AstraZeneca PLC.
