These include ALVR106, which targets respiratory syncytial virus, influenza, parainfluenza virus, and human metapneumovirus; ALVR109, developed to address SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19; ALVR107, for treating hepatitis B; and ALVR108. Established in 2013, the company was initially known as ViraCyte, Inc. before officially rebranding as AlloVir, Inc. in May 2019. Its headquarters are located in Waltham, Massachusetts.
