Additionally, the Alligator Lake Gold project comprises 5 claims over 2,973.32 hectares northeast of La Ronge, Saskatchewan, and the Vixen Gold project in Ontario features 499 mineral claims across 10,069 hectares east of Red Lake. Uranium interests are substantial, with a wholly-owned Gibbons Creek Uranium project, consisting of 7 mineral claims totaling 13,864 hectares, located on the northern periphery of Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin. Other uranium endeavors in northern Saskatchewan include the Javelin Uranium project (9 mineral claims, 23,652 hectares) and the McKenzie Lake Uranium project (4 mineral claims, 6,916 hectares), alongside the Sabre Uranium project within the Athabasca basin, which includes 16 mineral claims covering 16,041 hectares. Further diversified holdings consist of the Flying Vee Nickel/Gold project, encompassing 14 claims over 27,622 hectares north of the Athabasca Basin; the Cannon copper project, made up of 117 cell units covering 2,600 hectares; and the Draco VMS project, containing 10 claims across approximately 5,959 hectares. Originally incorporated in 2007 as ALX Uranium Corp., the company changed its name to ALX Resources Corp. in January 2020. Its corporate headquarters are located in Vancouver, Canada.
