These offerings are provided directly to employers and individual clients, and are also channeled through national and regional insurance providers, consultants, and financial advisors. The Retail Banking segment serves individual consumers with deposit and fee-based services, residential mortgages, home equity lines of credit, secured and unsecured personal loans, and credit cards. Furthermore, the company provides robust online and mobile banking platforms. As of December 31, 2021, Webster Financial operated a network of 130 banking centers and 251 automated teller machines. Established in 1935, the corporation maintains its headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut.
