The actively managed ETF invests all its assets in Tesla shares, a company engaged in the design, development, manufacture, and sale of electric vehicles and energy generation and storage systems. It also employs an active covered call strategy on up to 50% of the portfolio. The strategy aims to participate in the long-term growth of the company in exchange for monthly income. The income generated helps to cushion the potential downside performance of the shares. Investors are subject to the downside risks of the single stock exposure in a volatile stock. The fund may invest up to 100% of its assets directly or indirectly in the class A common stock of Tesla and could apply leverage of up to around 25%.
