Invesco US Treasury Bond 1-3 Year UCITS ETF (TRE3.L)
Company overview
This Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) seeks to replicate the total return performance of the Bloomberg U.S. Treasury 1-3 Year Index, after accounting for its charges. Income is distributed to investors every quarter. The reference index evaluates the performance of fixed-rate, nominal debt securities issued by the U.S. Treasury, denominated in U.S. dollars, and possessing maturities between one and three years. Inflation-linked bonds, floating-rate bonds, STRIP bonds (where principal and interest payments are separated and sold individually), and Treasury bills are specifically excluded. The index undergoes rebalancing on a monthly cycle. To fulfill its objective, the portfolio management team utilizes advanced modeling tools and analytical methods to select and hold a representative subset of the index's components. This "sampling" strategy aims to closely match the index's performance while minimizing the costs typically associated with full replication. This ETF is passively managed; therefore, an investment represents an acquisition of units in an index-tracking fund, not direct ownership of the underlying assets.
