Holdings may include Government National Mortgage Association (GNMA), Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, other US government securities, and participation in to be announced (TBA) MBS transactions. The fund targets an average portfolio duration close (plus or minus one year) to its benchmark, the Bloomberg U.S. MBS Index. It may invest in residential/commercial MBS and other asset-backed securities, use options, futures, swaps, and interest rate transactions for exposure, risk mitigation, or return enhancement.
