As of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2022, the bank maintained a substantial physical presence, operating 822 branches. Its digital and self-service infrastructure included 1,639 automated teller machines (ATMs), 584 bunch note recycler machines, and 178 self-service passbook kiosks.
