The Invesco Global Clean Energy UCITS ETF Acc endeavors to mirror the net total return performance of the WilderHill New Energy Global Innovation Index (referred to as the “Reference Index”), subsequent to the deduction of fees. This Reference Index is structured to monitor the financial performance of international companies that are at the forefront of developing innovative solutions for the production and consumption of cleaner energy, promoting energy conservation, enhancing efficiency, and fostering renewable energy advancements. Its composition involves an equal weighting for each security, with adjustments made on a quarterly basis. The index primarily includes firms engaged in diverse renewable energy domains, such as wind, solar, biofuels, hydroelectric, wave, tidal, and geothermal power. Additionally, it encompasses businesses specializing in energy conversion, storage, conservation, efficiency improvements, associated material sciences, strategies for carbon and greenhouse gas reduction, pollution control, and burgeoning hydrogen and fuel cell technologies. To qualify for inclusion, securities must also satisfy specific criteria pertaining to their liquidity and ease of trading. The fund seeks to accomplish its aim by, to the greatest extent practicable, physically acquiring and holding all the securities that comprise the Reference Index in their corresponding weightings. The fund's portfolio will be adjusted in synchronization with the Reference Index's rebalancing schedule. This ETF employs a passive management strategy. An investment in this fund represents the acquisition of units in a passively managed, index-tracking investment vehicle, rather than direct ownership of the underlying assets held by the fund.
