The Fund's primary goal is to meticulously track the performance of the FTSE EPRA Nareit Asia ex Japan REITS 10% Capped Index, gross of all associated costs. However, the Manager reserves the right to substitute this benchmark with an alternative index, provided three months' prior written notice is given to both the Trustee and the unitholders, and the Manager considers the new index to offer equivalent or substantially similar market exposure.
