Furthermore, the company holds a 100% interest in the Stein property, which consists of four adjoining prospecting permits spanning 105,637 hectares, situated 85 kilometers north-west of Taloyoak. Established in 2001, the company was formerly named Arctic Star Diamond Corp. until it rebranded to Arctic Star Exploration Corp. in July 2011. Its corporate headquarters are located in Vancouver, Canada.
