OMRON Corporation has also formed a strategic partnership with JMDC Inc. to collaboratively create personalized solutions aimed at preventing the worsening of conditions and providing care, which involves predicting the risk of specific patient events to support prescription medication regimens and lifestyle adjustments. Tracing its origins back to its founding in Kyoto, Japan, in 1933, the company was initially known as OMRON Tateisi Electronics Co. before officially adopting the name OMRON Corporation in January 1990.
