AK119, a CD73 monoclonal antibody, is under development for solid tumors. AK109, a VEGFR-2 monoclonal antibody, targets solid tumors and gastric cancer. Beyond oncology, Akeso is developing treatments for immunological and metabolic conditions: AK120, an IL-4R monoclonal antibody, for moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis, asthma, and eosinophilic esophagitis. AK101, an IL-12/IL-23 monoclonal antibody, for moderate-to-severe psoriasis and ulcerative colitis. AK111, an IL-17 monoclonal antibody, for moderate-to-severe psoriasis and ankylosing spondylitis. AK102, a PCSK9 monoclonal antibody, designed to treat hypercholesterolemia. Its preclinical pipeline features AK127, a TIGIT monoclonal antibody for solid tumors, and AK115, an NGF monoclonal antibody.
