Established in 1943 with its headquarters in Isesaki, Japan, the company was known as Sanden Holdings Corporation until its name change to Sanden Corporation in January 2022. Sanden Corporation is a subsidiary of Hisense Japan Automotive Air-Conditioning Systems Corporation.
