The Electronic Materials segment delivers a range of products, such as semiconductor materials like spin-on hardmasks, spin-on dielectrics, and epoxy molding compounds. It also produces LCD components, including polarizing films and color photo resists; OLED materials, comprising evaporation materials and thin-film encapsulation products; photovoltaic paste; and various other display materials. Furthermore, the company is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of raw materials for rechargeable batteries and actively participates in new technology venture investments. Established in 1970, Samsung SDI is headquartered in Yongin, South Korea.
